Do you know of a good internet site for scanned magazines and books?

I know that some are available on the various torrent servers, but I'm wondering if there is a better alternative? Thanks

I'd recommend netlibrary.

Your local library usually will have an account they can create for you.

I feel this is much better than just torrents, because this is legal!
