All dreams are in metaphor, and represent issues that are happening your current life, offering you an insight or solution to a problem. Recurrent dreams reflect an unresolved (unfinished) issue in your life. Notice when you have the dream and see what happened that day BEFORE you had the dream. Your emotional state and your interactions of the day are the keys to meaning(s).
Your chosen symbols have meaning to YOU, not something you can look up in a dream dictionary.
Being chased in a dream is quite common. If this is a metaphor for something in your life that's chasing you, what might that be? And since this dream is different from your usual dreams of being chased, I'd wonder what happened just before the dream to make you feel you DESERVED to be pursued. One recommendation if you have the dream again and realize you're dreaming (a lucid dream) is to stop running and ask why you're being chased. You'll get an amazing answer!
If you don't think you can become lucid, you can do a meditation and try to re-enter the dream state and ask this question. It certainly is related to something specific and current in your life.
Not necessarily guilt.

Being chased = being criticized.
Being chased often means being criticized in the dream whether you are the bad guy or good guy. However, if you subconsciously project yourself as bad guy and be chased by good guy. That translates into guilt conscience. Perhaps, there are something in life that you did you feel it is not morally correct and you got yelled at or criticized about. Waking up before you are caught symbolize a struggle of your guilt conscience or/and denial. On one hand, you admit you were doing wrong, on the other hand, you don't want to give it for things you have done. That is symbol of conflict conscience

Being chased is a sign of helplessness or powerlessness. If you are the good person being chance it could mean that there is an issue or person you do not want to deal with. If you are the bad guy, it cold be your past catching up to you or guilt

Your subconscious mind is dealing with guilt in your life. You are normal, everyone has dreams like this at some time. Just go with your dreams and don't worry about them. Talking about them is a great way to express your concerns. Find a trusted friend to listen.

Wish I could but only Daniel was capable of explaining a dream. Somethings are better off left alone. A dream is just that a dream. I declare not even Sylvia Brown could help you. Your help is within yourself, stop looking for an answer and focus on quiet time.

'Chase' dreams often mean that you are trying to avoid something in real life. Maybe you're under pressure at work, or there is something else you're trying to suppress and not think about.
My advice: find out what it is you're running from and chill out.

Sorry. until now I created Jesus, i attempted to create an incubus to head down and impregnate Mary, besides the undeniable fact that it became out to be gay and not involved. it is as quickly as I invented the Holy Spirit. besides, this incubus seems a lot like Jesus, so because it is probable who you observed, not the actual Jesus.
