Go to wiitracker.com. It shows who has the Wii, and how it's being sold. It's updated in real-time, so the second, an eBay auction goes up, the site will show it.

Head over to www.gamestop.com and use the store locator, or you could just buy one straight off the web-site.
You could probably also find a Wii at any store similar to Target or Wall-Mart.

Yo, get it at EBgames or gamestop. Most of the time it is $100 off or less. Sometimes you can get a longer warranty.
