Pre Menstrual Syndrome...basically about a week before a girl/woman starts her period. A time when the lining is building up possibly to nurture an embryo, or to be expelled (your period). Also a time we can be VERY bitchy and irritable and emotional and get all the chocolate we want! :D Hope that helps! -Alyssa
