If team A misses the kick and the ball stays in the feild of play for example a team tries a 60 yard feild goal and it falls short in the endzone, If team B catches it in the Air it is treated the same as a punt and can be returned....if the Kick hits the ground or goes out the back of the end zone etc Team B gets the ball wherever the ball was placed by the holder.

It happened in the Bears Bucs game this year where Robbie Gould missed a field goal on 3rd down which allowed the Buccaneers to get the ball back even though the Bears went on to win the game

Depends on why they missed. If they missed the kick then it is a turn over on downs so to speak. If it was a botched hold or such and the kick was never put up then it is still their ball. Once the kick leaves the foot though it is a turn over. Either the kick off from a successful attempt or any other possiable way off the miss.

Team B would get the ball on the spot where the ball was snapped. Team A would not get the ball back.

Team B gets the ball because Team A missed. If Team A had botched the handle, and recovered it, then they could try again.

no once the ball is kicked that is it if the field goal is missed, but if the ball is mishandled and you recover the ball than it is third down and you are able to try it again.

No, unless the snap was botched. Any time the ball is kicked, it is considerred a change of possession.
