Aliens is a very broad umbrella term. According to the Drake Equation, millions and millions of forms of alien life may exist, including intelligent kinds, and each would be very diverse depending on their environment...
Some of them may be humanlike, in which case they may follow some of the same patterns as us during the course of their evolution. Regardless of whether or not God is real, every culture on earth has had at least some beliefs about the supernatural including recurrent themes like good and evil, souls, spirits, higher beings that create or control aspects of the universe, afterlives, etc...As earth cultures evolve, these beliefs usually change, but haven't completely disappeared, and it doesn't seem like they all will any time in the near future either.
So it is possible that while some alien species may have no concept of God at all, probability would suggest that if there are aliens that moderately resemble humans, they would have some concept of the Divine occurring in their cultural evolution at one point in their history or another.

yes. The universe is one. Even if aliens don't use the word God, they must have and understand the concept of unity.

Many movies have given a line of reasoning that states that mathematics is the universal language, and that if we ever encountered aliens, we would most likely be able to communicate with them via mathematics.

So no matter what, as long as the aliens are advanced, they would understand the concept of 1 and 0, and understand the fundamental truth of nature that everything is interconnected and unified.

That, essentially, is the law of God.

Well if an alien is an outsider from our own place, that would make us aliens as well (for we would be the outsiders to them). That means we must first define the term 'alien' in order to find the answer.

Yes they do. Aliens are the origninal fallen angels. They have fallen out of grace from god and come here to torment man.

Probably not. Maybe they have mythos, in which the deity looks like them.

I actually believe that the otherworldly don't need a god concept.

Why or even how would they. God was created by our civilization. I bet if some sort of life form had the technology to come and visit us, they'd laugh in our faces at the very idea of one dude in charge of everyone and everything.

I think aliens are gods. (at least that's what our primitive barbarian ancestors would consider them...probably happened too for all we know)

Some..yes...I think that any species that has the ability to rise above instinct and make its own judgements, has contemplated the subjects of creation and existence.
