LLC = Limited Liability Company
A corporate structure which provides for limited liability, but with a provision that the members of company cannot transfer their shareholding without consent of 100% of their members; each member has a right to participate in management.

LLP = Limited Liability Partnership
Same as an LLC, but usually a professional partnership, such as a law firm.

LTD = Limited
Common term in Canada and Great Britain for a corporation

INC = Incorporated
A corporation

it has to b inc.or ltd ( as in companies of asia ) to declare shares
