I live ina n aprtment and the lady below me who I call Grinch has filed two noise complaints on my household. The first was saying we were jumping to the point of her chandeler was swinging and she said it was at 10:40pm it was at 8:40pm and it was setting boxes down on te ground. We were warned by the apartments to not have any noise after 9 pm. The other day she filed another noise complaint saying that we were jumping in the kitchen this time, I was making dinner, my son was sitting and my daughter was standing up, this took place at 8pm, she filed the compliant saying it happend at 11:30pm, we were all asleep by 11:30. She lied. They have to take her word on it, but why don't they have to take ours? What rights do I have in this?

your best bet is to get a lawer and let him fight with the apartment sounds like a setup call the police dept and ask them what your rights are good luck if u have any more questions email me
