i am a size 0 short but perferibly 00 short cause 0 is too big... i want to find some that just look good on me and when i go to the stores all the sizes are too big 4 me. and if i get kid sizes i wear 12 but the waist is just too big so i go down to a 10 but those dont fit my huge thighs help?? my other jeans are just bla?!

I am also small like you, and I have the same issue. Girls sizes are not cut for people who have a smaller waist and bigger hips. A couple of stores that contain smaller women's sizes are the buckle and nordstrom department store. I've also found some that fit me at hollister. A brand you can especially look out for is silvers because they make them by waist size, and go as small as a 22 or 23 i think...

ah, i have the same problem, you can try tractor jeans. they sell them at lord & taylor, bloomies, nordtroms, and neiman. tractor size 12 kids has small waists, and are long, they are perfect for me.
also, wet seal has some tiny jeans. i fit in both 0 and 00, and they have slim, reg., long, short and etc.

You can find a pair of 0's and, cut the bottoms off so they are shorter.
