You haven't stated the location of the parties, which would affect the answer. My view, in UK law, is that Flores can sue Frey for misrepresentation, but not the other two.

No to all. Presumptions of paternity trump real paternity in a lot of cases. The DNA doesn't have much of anything to do with the obligation to pay child support
