You have to think of the inputs and outputs. For example, you need inputs such as fuel, land, people, raw materials. The acquisition of all these affects the environment. Outputs could be waste materials which pollute the air or water or require cleaning up (e.g. sewage). You also need to transport end products and employees about the place.

the industires usually uses lot of fuel to produce a product,and the waste from that fuel becomes
a toxic smoke that comes out of the stack from factories and dispersed by air causing smog and alters the natural weather patterns which causes abnormal temperatures like heatwaves
