Help, Left testi, with a bump?

I found a bump on my left testicle and it hurts when touched. Whats wrong? Im 14 but as developed as much as a 15yo and thats when testicular cancer starts. What should i do? Am i just a worry wart, a hypocondriac?

No, you are not a worry wart. Being aware of things just like this will improve your life greatly. I think you should just make an appointment with a general practitioner and have him check it out. Don't run to the ER, unless you are really having some serious pain. Be sure to have this checked out though. Don't wait too long. I doubt this is anything serious. Honestly.

GO TO A DOCTOR!

Had one myself and it turned out to be a cervicious cist it which is not harmful could also be a lypoma which is which is also not harmful so do not automatically assume the worst 9 in 10 of testicular lumps are not cancerous. Go to you local doctor as soon as you can get an appointment do not be embarrassed this is stupid doctors see loads of men with these and they do not care. You may have to have an ultrasound done on your balls. This is normal so do not panic contrary to the advice you have had I would share this with some one close just so they make sure you go to you appointment. Avoid looking at the internet as it will scare the **** out of you and that is not helpful. I will wish the best for you.

bumps and lumps are normal it could be a vein or something or whatever the cord things called I'm not sure and isn't exactly fun to squish but for the cancer its a hard lump either way I suggest checking with your doctor good luck! and do it asap if it is cancer the earlier caught the better

an emergency trip to the doctor...otherwise no one else but the doctor will want to hear anything about your nuts
