All medicines can prove damaging if overdosed on (even homeopathic). You can even overdose on water (but you'd have to drink gallons). This is why they have directions on the packet. If you start to have ANY unusual symptoms, call an ambulance. Alternatively, try one of the out of hours doctor / nurse lines such as the NHS health line. Alternatively, go see a pharmacist or doctor as soon as you can. Kalms is fairly innocuous but better to be safe than sorry.

I looked up Hyland's Calms Forte (the stronger of their formulas) on the web and this is posted under "Warnings":
In case of accidental overdose, contact a poison control center immediately. In case of emergency, the manufacturer may be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800/624-9659.
Please contact the manufacturer with all the details and they can help you determine if this is a serious enough case for intervention.

Define overdose. do you mean taking more than the recommended amount on the packaging or taking several packets? As mentioned by others, taking too much of one thing is a very dangerous thing to do.

It won't do you many favours but your very unlikely to die from it.
As its homeopathic your not going to destroy your liver in the same way as say paracetamol, so there's no need to reach for the carbon just yet.

It is a homoeopathic mixture, I would nt have thought so, but check with the label, or the shop you purchased from.

I don't think all kalms are herbal - some contain the same chemical as piriton. Please get checked out.
