He will be releasing an album, Happy Hour, in 2007. I don't know exactly when though.

His 11/16 post on his official site says: "your uncle is wrapping up his 4th studio album! the album "currently titled" HAPPY HOUR is a throwback and a modern masterpiece all in one! uncle kracker is definately back and at his very best so look for the new record sometime after x-mas!"

hopfully his vocal cords have been severed or something to htat effect..
