The memo fields show up normal in Tables, Forms, and Queries. But when I try to incorporate a memo field into my reports, I just get weird Chinese-type characters, or squares.
If I change these fields to text they show up in my report fine, but my users need to be able to enter more data than that allows.

You didn't say if the weird characters appear on screen in report preview or only on the actual printed report, but I'll make a few guesses of things to try.

It sounds like a spacing issue. If the report wants to print 128 characters per line but you only have room for 109 or something. Maybe your margins are too close together or you have a special font.
I can't recall if wrapping lines is optional in a memo field, but check to make sure the lines wrap instead of one long line.

Hope that helps...good luck

i'm questioning why you're utilising a textual content container. no matter if it really is a kind, a question, a report or table, basically make that container, memo container and also you're literally not constrained in any respect. Even commonplace documents kinds, alongside with textual content could have 255 characters.
