go to microsoft.com and download WINDOWS DEFENDER, it is FREE and download it after you do the Validation from Microsoft showing you have a valid Microsoft operating System. Make sure once this is downloaded and installed you do a FULL SCAN and not just a Quick Scan,
Also go to this website by Microsoft and run a scan of your computer, IT WILL TAKE A VERY LONG TIME and it will tell you exactly what is wrong with your computer from viruses to spyware.....let it finish even though it might take a very long time...the website is:
