*Rewrite the equation in the slope-intercept formula >>>
y = mx + b
First: add 3x to both sides >
- 3x + 3x + 4y = 6 + 3x
4y = 6 + 3x
Sec: solve for "y" by isolating it on one side > divide everything by 4 >
4y/4 = 6/4 + 3x/4
y = 6/4 + 3x/4
Third: make sure the formula is written in alpha descending order > the "x" variable comes first
y = (3/4)x + 6/4
y = (3/4)x + 3/2
*The slope is a number/fraction in front of the "x" >>> 3/4

3/4. The equation once you simplify it is 4y= 3x+6. Then you divide both sides to get it in the format y= mx+ b where m = the slope and y is the y intercept. When you divide it out. you get y= 3/4x +3/2 (6/4).

Solve it for x, and the coefficient of y is the slope.
-3x+4y=6
-3x=-4y+6 divide by -3
x=4/3y-2
slope is 4/3, the constant (-2) has no effect on the slope.

solve the equation for y, and the coefficient of x will be the slope, so...
-3x + 4y = 6
-3x + 4y + 3X = 6 +3x add 3x to both sides
4y/4 = (3x +6)/4 divide both sides by 4
y = 3/4x + 3/2
the slope is 3/4.

ok first u have to get Y by itself so add 3x to both sides giving you 4y=3x=6..then divide 4 from both sides giving you Y=3/4X + 6 so for a slope it is simply 3/4, cuz slope is always the coeficient of X.

rearrange the equation in the stand form y=mx+b
4y= 3x+6 (add 3x)
y= 3/4x+3/2 (divided by 4)
m= 3/4

you need to get the y in one side and the rest of the eqn. in the other side
4y=6+3x
y=(6/4)+ (3/4 x)
the line eqn is : y=m x + constant ... where m is the slope
so in that case m=3/4
