You can just add an extra hard-drive internal (check whether you can use IDE or SATA) or even external via USB - these are really cheap now, I bought one this week for £75 ($100) it holds 250GB.
Memory on the other hand is a different matter for, memory visit http://www.crucial.com - this website can identifiy the components of your computer and recommend suitable memory upgrade!
hope this helps

If what you want is to increase STORAGE on your hard drive, you can
1) Delete some things that you don't really need.
2) Go to Internet Explorer TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | Browsing History | Settings and reduce the size of Disk Space to Use to 10Mb. Then reduce the number of days to track your history.
3) Buy a new USB hard drive.
There are some other ways too.

If what you want is to increase STORAGE on your hard drive, you can :
1 - delet the programmes that you don't use : control panel > add/remove programmes.
2 - click right on your hard disk drive > properties > disk cleanup.
3 - control panel > internet options > delet files then delet cookies.
4 - if you have many partitions on your computer you can use the free space of other partitions by using "partition magic".

Hard drive space and memory are two different things. If you want more space on your hard drive, you will need to buy a larger one.
