Service Pack 2!?

I bought a web cam and it says i need service pack @ . Not sure what that is but ,Where can i get it?

Service Pack 2 means that Windows XP, your operating system, needs to be updated by files from Microsoft. You can read more about it and download for free at

You will need DSL or cable internet to download this huge file. If you rather order the files on a CD from microsoft you can. You will have to pay the shipping and handling fee.
