How do I get videos on my PSP?

I have the latest update for my PSP. Its Version 3.03. I also have the video in the format that it needs to be in (MPEG-4) but when I put it in "VIDEO" folder like google told me to do, all it does is take up my memory on my Memory Stick Pro Duo. I also have the folder "MP_BOOT" with another folder within it..."100MNV01" HELP!

u need a software called media manager u can get at gamestop for $20.00
and it comes with a usb cable

You have to put the video file in the MP_ROOT\100MNV01 directory.
