ok so these new neighbors moved in like 2 weeks ago and they are really getting on my nerves. i threw my shoe at the ceiling, used a broom to bang on the ceiling, i dont know what to do???

lol, did you try asking them? nothing goes better than you going and asking them to lower the noise, they will understand if not, then call the police(but only if they didnt care at all) but i am sure they will understand because they are a couple

Go upstairs and talk to them.Introduce yourself and ask them if they can keep it down.If the situation doesn't improve go see your manager she will talk to them and make sure that its not going to happen again.Or else they will get an eviction notice.Good Luck.

Be a little more neighborly and go to their door & speak to them in person. Introduce yourself and ask them if they could please be a little more quiet. Most people will respond well if you are polite about it. I had to ask my new next door neighbor ( live in a duplex) to please turn down his music late one night and he was real cool about it. We have since become friends. Good luck.

talk to them about it politely. if they do not listen to you than anonymously call the cops and complain they will make them quiter.
