because you can't get tss toxic shock syndrome from using panty liners or pads. some women don't like the idea of putting a tampon up there and find wearing pads more comfortable, personally i don't use pads tampons are way more comfy

because they are easier to use than tampons and some women dont enjoy having things in them ( even sex ) it just offers another option for treatment ( periods ). also after you have a baby or medical procedures using a pad can help your body heal itself by allowing for natural flow with out penetration, it may be icky but pads are more healthy than tamps anyways.

some women can't use tampons. some for health reasons. so they have to make pads. also it is a good idea to alternate pads and tampons to reduce the risk of toxic shock.

So I do not ruin my nice silky panties that cost a lot of money. Plus I hate tampons. I wear Stayfree long maxi pads.

Well if you where on a period and didnt want to use tampax . You can buy pads all have different names but do the same job.

they use pads becuase it is a personal decsion on the type of feminene products. Some find tampons uncomfortable so you can just use whatever you want

Because their periods aren't heavy enough for them to use tampons. That, or they've had TSS in the past, or they just don't like tampons.

Tampons leak. Period. Ha ha. And sometimes they fall out. And sometimes when they are falling out they feel very uncomfortable.
