Take Tylenol it's the best for the pain. Advil is aspirin based and not always tolerated by some people and it has an anti inflammatory quality which you don't need as your breast's are not inflamed.

now to not pressure, Barbara. there's no regulation that asserts your breasts should be sore to bring about a healthful toddler. :) basically as there is not something that asserts each and every woman has to adventure morning disease (I under no circumstances did, except for some occasional nausea if i became overly-hungry). you're both fantastic. :)

Not really. You can try warm cold packs for the pain.
Maybe a tighter bra or dont ware one

take a menstrual pill like midol(excuse the spelling) before and during your cycle.
