I have just watched the film memento and couldnt understand what happened. Could someone just tell me who was manipulating who? Was Lennard making it up to keep himself happy or was Teddy using Lennard? Please someone explain this to me!

in a nut shell: teddy was using Lennard to rob drug dealers of their hard earned cash. This wasnt always the case, as he was helping lennard to catch his wifes killer ( which they did ) but this failed to satisfy lennards desire for revenge ( coz he cant remember ), teddy gets fed up an twists lennards investigation to his own ends. When lennard finds out, he decides to kill teddy, but as he is not the stone cold killer he decides to trick himself into killing teddy. thats wot i reckon anyway

Watch it again and you'll really get into it. The first time I watched it I didn't like but I couldn't stop thinking about it and trying to understand it. So I watched it again and now I think it's a great film, very unique and extremely well written. It just took my mind some time to break away from "normal" movies.

You could select scenes and watch it backwards (start with the last chapter and then go to the next chapter) if the easter egg thing doesn't work. When the movie was released there was also an official website. Check it out.

if you have the dvd then go to the main menu. wait for about 30 secs until you hear a phone ring then press select. this should reveal a hidden easter egg that allows you to watch the film in chronological order thus making far more sense. Hope this helps!

Leonard killed her technically, she really killed herself. She was trying to make him remember, and she thought if she threated her life with the injections he would remember, but he didn't, so she died. Teddy, I am not sure with, actually I think he was some official but he was using Leonard for 'dirty' work. Last question, I have to watch the movie again to answer.
