Bush and Co. ...if they are not corrupt they will have no problem with this.
This past Thursday, Senator Patrick Leahy introduced the War
Profiteering Prevention Act of 2007, which will impose stiff fines (double gross profits!) and prison terms (20 years!) on war profiteers. He is the new chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee, so we'll be seeing some action on this pronto.
