Why can somebody say they r smoking herb.. but when i move up a level and mention celebrating.. i get a violation? Just doesnt make any sense.

Its trolls who are having a field day. That's life. Read over the community guidelines to see what are the violations. Also report people like that. In addition, Yahoo's filter is very bad so almost everything that gets reported will pass through and get deleted.

~I've wondered that too. It seems to me like they could spend more time getting rid of the perves and idiots w/ nothing good/nice to say, and spend less time harrassing people who are just wanting others to share a happy moment or two...
