Where can I find Primary Sources on Napoleon?

I have on essay asking was Napoleon enlightened or just despotic? I need to find some of his treaties, etc. I need PRIMARY and SECONDARY SOURCES.

This entire website is primary sources, written by Le Petit General himself! I would recommend staying away from wikipedia for any real historical research. It's not alway sreliable and it's definitely not a primary source. I hope this helps. Good luck.
