we have to kids and i dont want them to suffer the way i am. we decided[ only one is his] that he would live with me and if he wanted to see them he would have to go to them they werent leaving state he agreed should i be worried?

If you don't have one already .. get a lawyer and secure child support from him to help take care of the children. Don't let him have a free ride, which sounds like that's what he's getting so far! He kicks you to the curb along with the kids so he can have all his free time with the whore! get a lawyer asap please!

Yes. You should try to get your life together. The kids are the most important thing right now and you need to create a stable environment for them. He sounds like a loser.

You have enough to worry about. Your two kids. My suggestion to you is to enroll in a college course, to better yourself, lift your self esteem. You will find that in time you probably should have never wasted your time with this loser any way. Good luck. Take care those babies girl.

i get the impression that your husband is leaving you and you get the kids.... he will pick them up when he wants to see them...

my advice is get an attorney,so your guarantied child support and everything else.sounds to me like he already has his someone else
