You might like it for a few months but then you would miss your privacy. You would not be able to have a private life and everyone would know your business. You'd get sick of that real fast.

I agree that it would be fun - at first. But after a while, to me at least, it would become boring. I mean, if you can afford anything you want, then eventually, owning a $200,000 car or a golden toilet (lol), or glamorous clothing, would just seem like the norm - there'd be nothing special about it.
And think of the stress - you'd *always* have to look perfect for the cameras, or else there'd be a huge picture on the front page of US Weekly of...what? You - with no makeup, in sweaty workout clothes, or with belly flab sticking out of your jeans. There isn't a single celebrity I know of that hasn't had a horrible picture posted in a magazine.
I don't think I'd want that - I'd love to be rich, but I'd rather be like a businessman or movie director, or a photographer, who can be rich but still maintain a degree of anonymity.

Not having ever been one, it's hard to say. I'm sure that in a sense it would be like being in luxury. Most celebrities can buy whatever they want and vacation where ever they wish. Considering their schedules, I'm not sure they are in luxury. Many are required by their agent(s) to go here and go there for this or that appearance, concert, photo-opt, whatever. Due to their fame, many can't go anywhere without their bodyguards and entourage. I'm not sure it's worth it.

Not all celebrities live in luxury.
Larry the Cable Guy can be considered a celebrity. 'Nuff said.
You may enjoy being famous for a little while, but having people stalk you and havng guys want you with them at night and people looking throuh your trash can and not being able to go outside for a single WALK without looking drop-dead-gorgeous or even just buying groceries and having photographers all over you is not always fun. Sometimes celebrities wish they could just not be famous at all.

they do live in luxury, but they can never have privacy. the paparazzi alway need to know what u are doing and when. and then the stockers... so some things are luxury and fun but other things, id rather have not happen to me.

And what is your question?
If you want to be a true celebrity, you should work hard at whatever talent you have got.
Good luck!
