It's a tie, and it comes down to personal preference,
I have to give the edge to Chloe as of late, she's matured well( a good feat to accomplish as she was 20-something when the show started with Chloe @ 15)

I think Lana is prettier than Chloe, but I like Chloe's personality better.

chloe, becasue she is hot and she has always been there for clark even when he was with lana and lana is a b*tch to him....
but try alicia the girl who could teleport. she is the hottest on smallville or maybe the indian girl who could turn into a wolf

I think Chloe is beautiful in her own unique way. When you look at lana it makes you sick because she always looks so perfect. So my vote would go for Chloe.

Lana, by a long shot, she seems so wholesome,and just down to earth, Chloe is high maintenance.

In the first seasons I would have said Lana but she is looking like crap these days..............and her damn look and hair has not changed since the show started. I'll say the Chloe now.
