what team should i use...i want the nature, movesets, ev's (maybe), held item...

I prefer the three starting Pokemon with the held Items that boost there natural attack "Fire, Water, Grass" or healing items!

You can't have any legendaries here, and your opponents Pokemon will match your top leveled pokemon. Try to have a well balanced team, fire, fighting, water, electric etc. Teams are random and after 35 consecutive wins you can challenge Anabel.
