black heels, a pair of khakis, dress pants (in black or gray, i would do both), white button up shirt, black button up shirt, casual tops to wear with jeans, a nice winter coat (i would go for a pea coat, they never go out of style), and comfortable clothing for those certain days of the month

You always need a pair of tall (knee high) boots... they never go out of style and they go with everything. You can wear them over your jeans, under your jeans, with a long skirt or a short skirt. They are also very sexy!
A nice subtle perfume is always good and some simple accessories (you'll always buy more but you need to have your favorites) like a gold or silver necklace and bracelet.
Oh and underwear... comfortable of course... but I cannot stress enough how important it is to have sexy underwear that fits and flatters your body! This is a must!

A nice collared shirt that fits you really well. You can wear it to work, and also it dresses up a pair of jeans for a casual yet formal look.
