Stop drinking caffeine shots, such as coffee, black tea, soda, or any enervating drink, 2 or 3 hours before taking rest. If you feel tired and is almost impossible for you to sleep, I recommend you to take two capsules of valerian root, 1 hour before sleeping. There are more specifc recommendations that I as a doctor cannot give without knowing far end the problem, please if you persist with this habit consult to your family doctor.

what you should do is every morning get up at about the same time and at night go to sleep at about the same time. You should also have comfortalbe sheets, comforter, pillows, and a matress. I also reccomend not having caffine anytime after 3:00 pm. It also helps some people to have a fan to block out any noises that my occur to wake them up or keep them awake. Hope i helped!

Exercise during the day
Nothing to eat 4 hours before sleep
Get up a wee bit earlier everyday
Accomplish something good during the day
Clear you head 1 hour before sleep
Refrain from caffiene - ALL DAY
Drink water
When you do lie down, clear your head of everything. Don't think of what you've done that day or what you have to do the next. If you can't, learn to mediatate.

number 1 you need to have a great mattress, number two relax about an hour before bed nember three eliminate distractions from the room while sleeping, use white noise such as a fan. all of these will help you mind and body get more restfull sleep
