Has anyone seen the movie Stomp the Yard?

Is it any good? I've been wanting to see it and my son does also but it's rated PG-13 and I want to make sure there's no "explicit" scenes. He saw Drum Line and You Got Served and keeps begging to go see Stomp the Yard.
