Thick ears means, my ear lobes have alot of skin, they are thick, not just 1 thin layer of skin.

Yes. That being said I am petrified of needles so everything remotely involving them is painful for me. I'd do them seperately. And how can someone have thick ears?

It will be very painful to get all 3 at the same time. You may consider doing them seperately, especially if you are prone to infections. If you get all 3 done at once and they get infected, that will be extremely painful to maintain the other piercings while treating an infected one. I have 6 in one and 5 in another and did them all a year apart (by myself with a needle). I never had any problems with infections, but they are very tender after each piercing and need good maintenance. Also, your thick ears should have no influence on the piercing...it should be just fine. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Nah, lobe is the least painful.
If you want to cheat take 2 advil before you go.

Note: If the piercer gives you crap to clean it with THROW IT OUT. Use regular antibacterial Dial soap 3 times a day with a Q-tip and warm water.
Before the last clean of the day take 2 paper towels, wet one with warm water and hold it on the piercing for 2 - 3 min. Repeat with the other towel using cool water. Then clean with the soap.
This extra step helps to reduce swelling and speed the healing process.

I've had my ears pierced 2 times but not at the same time and it wasn't that bad. I don't suggest getting them pierced at the same time especially with thick ears. it will probably hurt a lot worst!!!!

If the tattoo parlor or piercer will even agree to pierce you three times at once, it will hurt. Getting your ears pierced does not hurt, but it will be easier to spread infection from one piercing to the next because they are in such close proximity. I have had a lot of piercings and I'd advise you to wait 6 weeks between each piercing, so each one can heal before the next.
