Like everyone else said, it is "You Know My Name" by Audioslave/ Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell. Personally I think it is an excellent song for the reworking of the franchise.
Interestingly it is a lot of firsts: it is the first Bond theme song since 1983's Octopussy to have a different title from the film, the first since 1987's The Living Daylights to feature a male singer, the first ever sung by a male American, and the first ever that did not appear on the film's official soundtrack album.
