Calories a day not enough calories..........my hubby saws that is not enough but what do you think? I've only been doing it for like a couple days.

No.. its not enough, if you're trying to lose weight, eating so few calories will actually slow your metabolism.

You should never consume fewer than 1200 calories without medical supervision!

The average is 1200 calories a day to lose weight. You could create a calorie deficiency which can starve your body of vital nutrients and energy to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Be very careful honey! You can lose weight very fast doing what you are doing, but it could be very dangerous in the long run. The number of calories you should be consuming in a day is highly variable, but you should be consuming at least 1200 calories/day....most likely more. A registered dietician would be able to provide you with the most accurate estimate, along with alot of other advice you would probably find helpful.

Not enough. If you are trying to lose weight and you only eat 1000 calories a day, your body is going to hold onto EVERYTHING you eat and store it as FAT. Because it will go into starvation mode. You'll only be hurting yourself more and making your diet backfire.

Well. consuming 1000 calories isnt 2 much of a big deal..
u might gain some weight.. if u can easily gain it.. but there is no harm in it.. i am a carb eating maniac.. and it hasn't done me ne bad. i eat what i want, and have no health issues.. but if u do.. really.. wanna watch Ur calories.. and become the Next Ultra thin twig.. there is no harm.. but.. it will not do u ne gud, if u don't eat right....

without knowing what size you thats hard to answer..1500 calories is about average

♥ ♥ that is starving... you really should eat 1200 so that you get all the nutrients you need... you will lose weight on 1200 a day ♥ ♥
