I need to know how to draft, float and raise funds to pass a set of successful political Initiatives.?

I want to do whatever else has to be done to draft and pass the necessary state and local political initiatives to put near-term expiration dates on the most egregious and recognized sources of belligerent EXHAUST-NOISE & OFFENSIVE HEADLIGHT POLLUTION from cars, trucks and motorcycles.

i don't think you will be able to do this.

if you don't have the ability to have thousands of letters written quickly the way the nra does or have millions of dollars to bribe public officials with, they quite simply won't pay any attention to you.

you won't even get into an office of importance.

bottom line is that in america today, if you can't threaten a politicians re-election or give them tons of money, you have no representation...
