Great question =)~ I was just thinking the same thing yesterday. I used to have them a lot but I haven't had one in over a year now. Stress maybe? I used to have a lot of lucid dreams too but I've lacked up on meditating and so I can't even control them anymore. This might work for you though. I used to TURN a regular dream into a sex dream, even nightmares. You have to become lucid first though, which means becoming aware that you're dreaming. If you're in a dream and then realize that it's not real then from that point on just imagine that another person is in the dream with you and that you're having sex. For example, if you see a flying donkey or a talking wall then you may become aware of that fact that you're dreaming WHILE you're dreaming and once that happens take control. I once, actually, turned a monster that was chasing me into a sexy man and had my way with him. Practice becoming lucid in your dreams and then you can control whatever happens in them. It's hard for me explain so just google "lucid dreaming". Good luck!

Usually people say that the last things you think about before you go to sleep are the things that you dream about, so try thinking about sexual things and maybe it'll translate into your dreams!
Or if you're in the situation where you know you're dreaming and you kind of have that odd control over what's going on, try to make that sexual.
It's possible. You just have to try. :)

I dated a lady who did this. We really had sex in the course of the day because we were easily having an affair, yet she might want to nod off each so often and masturbate. It really befell about 3 cases, yet even as she awakened, I knew what she needed! She change into very fit... i imagine that being fit and a healthful bodyweight made her hormones slightly extra energetic. She might want to tell me she wasn't even dreaming of something specially. She also thoroughly had sex with me even as sound asleep and did not keep in thoughts some hours later even as she woke.

Usually the last thing you think about while you are drifting off to lala land determines what most of your dreams will be about. Have sexual "daydreams" while you are laying down to go to bed and maybe you will conjure up your dreams you want.

well, if your mind thinking in doing sex but you could not do it. in this case you will have sexual dreams.
i don't think that you could make it automatically. maybe if you are interested in someone and you would like to have sex with him, in this case your desire could be translated into sexual dreams!!

sexual dreams mostly, do not have sexual meaning.
but if you really want to dream about that subject, avoid sex in waking life, so you'll have compensatory, wishful dreams about it
