It depends on what game and what type of computer it is some times you might have to download a windows ( i.e. windows 39 ) but other times it may work just as fast or a little slower

yes but it depends if ur Operation System(OS) the PC also has ....some PC OS's do not have the proper set up to play older games...no DOS command prompt.
