Yes, but you will have to work at it. You'll need to pump and/or nurse frequently since breastfeeding is all about supply and demand. The milk needs to be getting removed from the breasts to signal to your body to keep making it.

There are herbs such as fenugreek that can also help you boost your supply.

You can relactate, but it will take some effort on your part. Your baby may also have nipple confusion, so be patient. If you pump your breasts every day and try to nurse your baby, the stimulation on your nipples will promote lactation. You can also eat oatmeal and drink mother's milk teas sold at health food stores to help boost your lactation. Even after a baby is weaned mothers will produce milk for several months.

Well i saw a woman who's sister had been a surrogate mother for her , breast feed so it must be possible. Apparently your doctor can give you something to help your milk come back in but i only got this from tv so cant be sure.

Yes you can start producing milk again. There are some very safe herbs you can;
Blessed Thistle (nursed until 2 yrs. had issues and this really helped)
Vitex, hops ...All of these help with the let down response and do not mess your hormones up.

yes, ask your Dr. about Riglan. You have to either pump, or have your baby seriously eat. But yes it will come back with the "milk" pill!
