Okay, I have this tope and Brown Heart Shirt from charlotte russe that is down to my waist...like right at my hips..&& I have these brown and cream polka dotted leggings from H.C.O. Do You think that looks okay together? Without any skirt? It all matches i just dont know if that would look good together.

Sounds like somthing that you'll wear and then realize when you get to where you are going that you feel silly (hey - I've been there).
If you are dead-set on wearing this concoction (although I think it sounds crazy unless you are Giselle Bunchen) at least pack a cool large purse with some jeans or a mini-skirt that you can throw on if you need to.

i dont think it would look good together. a heart shirt w/ polka dotted leggings? i mean i dont think so. & leggings w/ a normal length skirt...probley not. u usually wear leggings w/ a mini....& u shouldnt wear a shirt w/ leggings & not a skirt...that would look right....

No. Leggings are enough of a risk without exposing them up to waist level. Besides, they have ugly seams in the back, don't they? And your panty lines will show.
Leggings are for legs, not for hips and rears.

You need a longer shirt to cover your rear end and upper thighs. It can be a fitted top, or body hugging (if your body can pull it off), but you definately need to cover your butt and thighs with leggings.

I dont think so... wear a miniskirt or get an extra-long top. You dont want to get there and feel awkward or bare. Thats my opinion. Hope that helps. If you can PLEASE answer my question. Its under Fashion & Accessories. It says Ronda S under it. Thanks! :)
