I don't live in the same state, but I'm thinking about going up there and killing him. Problem is I just got out of prison 5 months ago and I'm not really ready to go back yet. Any suggestions?

Report them to the police and they will be charged with statutory rape. If you have been 'inside' you will probably be aware of how prisoners view sex offenders. He is unlikely to have a nice time in jail and then when he gets out he will be labeled a sex offender and placed on a list. He will be punished, and you won't have to commit any crimes.

let the courts send him to the big house, the bubbas on the inside know what to do with a child rapest and will give him something he will never forget, this 27 year old wanna be will make a nice girlfriend for one of them, so send him their way, DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS, people like this need to be delt with in the harshest way, get your sister some help for getting herself into situations like that so it doesnt repeat itself ever again, seek some good council both legally and for her sake, and follow thru on it till the end, good luck and stay free.....

That is considered rape and you should call the cops. He can go to jail for quite some time! While I would want to kill the SOB as well, wouldn't it be better if he was rotting in jail instead of you? If you are back in jail who is going to look after your sister??? You cannot protect her from behind bars.

How about letting the authorities hang him. He could go away for a long time and when he gets out, he won't have much of a life anyway, so he'll wish he was dead. There, Mission Accomplished.

I really shouldnt be advising this, but I would probably do the same if in the same position: get a good friend to get the job done for you.
Get a really good friend to kick his *** (NOT KILL), and warn him against hurting young gals again.
Advise your friend to stay away from using names, otherwise he might know who to sue later on.

report him to the cops. they will go get him he will go to prison and he will have a new room mate that will show him what its like to be raped. Dont go back to prison for something that can be dealt with a whole lot easier.

The guy could be charged with statutory rape and giving alcohol to a minor. I'd turn it over to the police and let him do some time.

dont get yourself in trouble,if you do it will be next to impossible to help her,have you talked to her, tell your parents dont try to take responsibilty for this,is not your place i know you love her and are very upset about the situation you need to think this could cost you a big part of your life and it cant be taken back your parents can handle the situation they must know trust them after all they raised you and they may decide to report him for rape

first of all be for you jump the gun and go back he didnt force your sister to drink and he didnt force her to have sex .yes hes to old for her and he didnt have to take advantage of the situation. in that same sense where was her mother , father , an adult where were any of these people when the they needed.you need to just let the police handle there job.

you need to get her parents involved if that don't work don't do nothing to get yourself in trouble if you have a place to let her come and be with you till it passes but make sure you or your parents call the police don't let him get away with it again but you don't need to get into it with him
