A Bachelors degree is a 4-year degree. If you work hard, you can possibly fit it in to 3 years with summers and heavy schedules.
If you've already taken some of the credits, obviously you can use "time spent" toward the total. And, occasionally, you can CLEP out of a course or two, or get AP credit to shorten the requirements. However, anyone who offers you a 1-year deal to get through the full degree is probably scamming you. Avoid things that are "too good to be true".

It depends on how or where you get it. A regular college should take 4 years, but on-line, some places claim to be 1 or 2 years.

That depends on the school you choose, whether traditional or internet, how much college you have had, and how many general education courses you'll need to take. Generally, it used to take 4 years, but if you have any credits and not many general ed courses to take, about 2 years. Hope this helps!
