Not exactly; the rain clouds tend to just attach themselves to me and follow along, but I love the rain. Sometimes I let them lead :)

Yes!! Pretty damn funny too. My friend and I were walking ( many many years ago) and we saw this rain cloud so we started running....it was pretty funny.
