Just keep doing those Kegels!
You might try doing "elevator Kegels" as well.
(Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.)

Kegal's are the only exercise that helps tighten up down there. They are not totally neccesary, because eventually you will tighten up on your own. So don't worry, if you give the childbirthing a rest, then everything will go back to normal. And if this is caused, by your man saying things don't feel right or something, then he is lying. After my six-week checkup, my fiancee has not mentioned anything feeling different. Before the six-week checkup, he did complain a little bit. Hope this helps.

those are really the only ones that you need. i don't even think there are any others.
