On Pr0-Evolution 6 when I save the master league I can't reload when I return?

Question

The icon is there saying it is saved but when I try to load it makes a noise like the file is empty ( I think I may have done something wrong on my intial settings ....) Anybody any ideas ?

seems to me your memmory card could be broke or the game mate
