my ex-friend had her baby taken away at 3 months he will be 11 months on the 24th of this month. she is pregnant again and is saying she plans to get married to this other guy so they wont take her baby away. is that even possible or will they take this one away right at birth too. they know she is not responsible.

They will open an investigation on her at the time of the birth. She will have to talk with people before she even leaves the hospital. Being married won't change that, but might help to show how her life has changed and how she has changed. Good luck to her.

More than likely if they took the baby at birth, that means the baby has drugs in it's system. That's the only time, I've heard of a baby being taken away at birth. She can marry this guy all she wants, but if she is in the same situation she was in before that caused the baby to be taken away, then they will take this one too.

If she is irresponsible you need to contact Child Protective Services. You could save a child's life.
