I got a 15% discount for providing my own ice pick and yes, I am very satisfied with the results.

Mine was paid for by the state of Michigan, I had no insurance so they are raising the minimum wage so all the poverty level people can pay for it. My neighbor drives me to the welfare office in my Mercedes 560L.
