I've heard of words like 'anti-disestablishmentarianism', 'floccinaucinihilipilification', 'hippopotomonstosesquipedalian' and 'pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis' but are there any others longer than these examples?

Yes, there are many. Some that I couldn't even type in this box, but they mean nothing, since people are CONSTANTLY making NEW words to "break" whatever record a previous word has. Stick with pneumenoultramicroscopicsilicovolcaniconiosis because it's the longest word in ANY dictionary (I am assuming you plan on showing off your knowledge?), so just know that.

(85 letters) TAUMATAWHAKATANGIHANGAKOAUAUOTAMATEATURIPUKAKAPIKIMAUNGAHORONUKUPOKAIWHENUAKITANATAHU
A hill in New Zealand. This Maori name was in general use, but is now generally abbreviated to Taumata. The name means: the summit of the hill, where Tamatea, who is known as the land eater, slid down, climbed up and swallowed mountains, played on his nose flute to his loved one.

This is the longest word in any English dictionary. However, it was coined by Everett Smith, the President of The National Puzzlers' League, in 1935 purely for the purpose of inventing a new "longest word". The Oxford English Dictionary described the word as factitious. Nevertheless it also appears in the Webster's, Random House, and Chambers dictionaries.

I was taught that it was antidisestablishmentarianism. Some people may say the word from the Mary Poppins song, but thats not a real word. Once you get into medical jargon, it might be a limitless amount.
